Does anyone know the stock specs for the bar on '07 RM250 which is closes to this combo? and whats the difference between zero and 5 degree clamp offset?

the stock bend on your 07 RM250 bar is... 796mm height, 80mm height and 57 mm of pullback. So I guess the closes to stock would be the M 72 57 (72mm height 57mm pullback) or the M 89 56. the clamp is either zero or 5mm offset. the 5mm offset lets you move

Which hand guard mounts will fit this bar?
I've seen the 'easton exp hanguard bar' mounts, but what else would i need to complete the handguard set if I just buy this? or are their anymore sets out there which will fit the 1 3/8 bar?

Any clamp we sell would be a major boost over stock so it pretty much comes down to personal preference. If you want a good set of clamps at a good price, go with the applied. If you are looking for something a little more expensive go with RG3's or Pro Circuits. Keep in mind to run the EXP bars you have to run the EXP bar mounts and the closest bend to a CR High would be the 94 56 bend.

The closest EXP bars would be the 94 56 bar as it is 1 mm taller and 1 mm more of pull back. Or you could go with the 92 53 which has about half a mm less height and 2.5 mm less pull back.

closest to the Renthal 971 bend would be the M 94 56 which are 5mm lower and have 2 mm more pullback

Does the clamps replace the rubber style?

If you clamps currently have rubber cones, you will have to use them in conjunction with these Easton Bar mounts. If your cones are compressed and out of shape, i would suggest replacing them (you can use the oem or applied ones). the rubber cones help with vibrations and can save the bars from bending in minor tip overs. IMO the rubber mount clamps are better than the solid clamps.

These bars use the stock rubber cones, unless you purchase new ones. I bought the applied cones, but ended up leaving the stock cones on my CRF450.
